By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please make sure to read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions.
The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Omar Megdadi Núñez.

Omar Megdadi Núñez is committed to making MindChess as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, I reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. You will never be charged for the app or its services without a clear explanation.

MindChess stores and processes personal data provided by you to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. You should not jailbreak or root your phone, as it may make your device vulnerable to malware and affect the functionality of MindChess.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Omar Megdadi Núñez will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active Internet connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. Omar Megdadi Núñez cannot be held responsible if the app does not perform properly due to lack of connection or data allowance.

If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, remember that your mobile provider’s terms still apply. You may be charged for data usage or other fees. By using the app, you accept responsibility for these charges, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your territory. If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have permission from them.

Similarly, Omar Megdadi Núñez cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app, such as if your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the Service.

Although I strive to keep the app up to date and accurate, I rely on third parties for certain information. Omar Megdadi Núñez accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality.

The app may be updated occasionally. MindChess is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Omar Megdadi Núñez does not commit to always keeping the app relevant or compatible with all iOS versions.
You agree to accept updates when offered. I may also stop providing the app, and you may terminate use at any time. Unless otherwise stated:
(a) the rights and licenses granted will end;
(b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check this page periodically for updates. Any changes will be posted here.
